  • Private Portal Access: Normally available for up to 12 months after the event or delivery, unless the booking terms or an administrator specify another period.
  • Public Guest Galleries: Normally expire after 30 days unless a different expiry is configured. Share records may be retained for security and audit purposes.
  • Film Projects and Deliverables: Retained according to the agreement, available storage and backup policy. Clients should download and independently back up final files.
  • Website Analytics: Retained according to the settings of the analytics provider and cookie consent choices.

Data Deletion: When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely archive it as appropriate.
