Every quotation is based on the actual brief, usage, travel, filming time and final deliverables.

Can you record speeches and presentations?

Yes. The audio plan depends on the venue system, speaker positions and whether direct access to the sound desk is available.

Can I extend the coverage or add more finished films?

Yes. Additional filming is £125 per hour, a full speeches or presentations edit is £250, additional social films are £95 each or three for £250, and a second camera operator is £450. Drone venue footage starts from £250 where permission, airspace, weather and safety allow.

Can short clips be delivered quickly after the event?

Priority turnaround can be quoted when agreed before the event and supported by a clear approval contact.

Can you film confidential or internal material?

Yes. Intended audiences, access restrictions, approvals, storage and publication permissions should be defined in the production agreement.

Do you travel outside Yorkshire?

Yes. Travel is not built into the package price. UK mileage, travel time, parking and accommodation are quoted separately for the actual location.
